Questions about the plans

What does the year-1 price include?

The card, printed and linked to your profile, plus the first year of hosting and premium analytics. After the first year, renewal is 10,000 IQD a year and keeps both active.

What is a custom card, and do I design it?

A custom card is printed with your own artwork on both faces instead of the Wink colourway. Upload a print-ready design, or send us your logo and colours and our team designs it for you.

What is a custom profile?

A profile built by our team on one of eleven designs, with your brand across the whole page, ready for phone and desktop. On Spark and Glow you keep the standard layout and set its colours, font and button style yourself, as on every plan.

Can I start free and buy a card later?

Yes. Sign up, claim your username and your profile is live. When you order a card, it is linked to that profile before it ships, so nothing you have built is lost.

Is there a discount for teams?

Yes. Team orders get 10% off. Send us the team list and we open the accounts and link every card before delivery.

What if I lose my card?

Report it lost from your dashboard and it stops working at once. Order a replacement and keep your profile and analytics history as they are.

How do I pay?

Cash on delivery, on every plan.

How is the card delivered?

By courier anywhere in Iraq, or collect it in person. It arrives paid, linked and ready to tap, with no code to type.
